SPIT ENZ is a family owned and operated spit roast catering business with a sense of tradition and value. Our cooking technique has come out of Croatia and handed down through two generations of New Zealanders. We believe the very best way to experience a spit roast is to see, smell and taste a whole New Zealand lamb or pig being slowly spit roasted and then carved before you. It is for this reason we specialise in providing whole lamb, pig or chicken cooked on our traditional manuka wood fired or gas fired spits.
